Excellent cloud storage device and service.
Garbage. Now the app asks me for an acrivation code but there is no way to find it.
They want me to buy the new hardware cuz MyCloud mirror is not supported with version 5 seriously? What is the point to have a personal cloud if you can't access or back up from your wireless devices? West digital is a worse company.
Why would you remove local access to older devices? Last proper firmware update was 2019, so support stopped 3 years ago, but now you guys chose to cut us off to make use buy your new stuff? Guess what, nope, your new stuff is either overpriced or too stripped down in features.
Since WD stopped supporting I can't access my drive locally through this app. Keeps asking for an activation code yet I can't generate one now.
Doesn't work simce updating...
Every aspect of this application is broken. This application needs to be taking off the Android market. And Western Digital should be ashamed of this application.
It doesn't work anymore
Why is this no longer working? I can't access my account. I press forgot password and it says the page no longer exists ???
Now I can't find my drive locally. I had to download an older build to have my os2 drive be recognized by the app.
